Bentley of St. Louis They don't pay their bills

Ephraim Schmitt of Bentley of St Louis (St Louis Motorsports) requested that we broker transportation of an Aston Martin from their location in St Louis MO to a customer in Dallas TX. The contracted transporter picked up the vehicle on 8/25 and delivered the vehicle on 8/26. On pick up of the vehicle the driver was given (3) keys to the vehicle, the dealership failed to program all of the keys so when the driver delivered the vehicle on 8/26 and attempted to utilize the key to start the vehicle to have it unloaded the vehicle did not start (because the dealership did not program the key)- because the vehicle would not start, the customer receiving the vehicle took it upon himself to contact AAA to have the car started, AAA did arrive and assisted with the unload of the vehicle. The customer who received the vehicle apparently was not happy with the vehicle and ultimately had the vehicle returned to the dealership.

This dealership now refuses to pay the agreed upon $900 for the ENCLOSED transportation of this vehicle. Our company provided the services agreed upon and had absolutely no involvement in any work done to this vehicle and should be paid for the service provided. We have contacted Mr. Schmitt at the dealership who flatly refused to pay for the services provided.

If they will do this to a vendor they will do this to a client. There are many reputable companies out there to buy your vehicle - I would NEVER trust a dealer who does not pay their own bills. Shame on them... Pay your bills guys!!!
