Ripoff not a clear title mobile florida

In October I assumed ownership of a 1996 Mercury Sable from JD Byrider located in Pensacola, FL. As of April 27, they were unable to provide a clear title to the vehicle as the original owner is deceased. I was given the runaround from October until April 27, when I was called and told to bring the vehicle back and get another vehicle. On Wed. April 28, I drove to Pensacola from Mobile, Al and I was only interested in 2 vehicles on the lot, I was told by the sales mamager to not even look at a 1999 Oldsmobile Alero, because it had been promised to a previous customer. At that time, I took possession of a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am that seemed fine until Saturday April 30 it rained and the vehicle flooded! I immediately called the sales manager in Pensacola and told him of my dilemma, he advised me at that time to vacuum the vehicle and that they would fix the windshield on the following Monday, I drove the vehicle full of water to Pensacola and demanded that they give me a loaner for the weekend, or at least until we could find another solution.

I was treated as if I had done something wrong, they never acknowledge the fact that the reason I was put in this vehicle was because of their error of selling me a vehicle without a clear title, I have since then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Florida, and I am possibly looking to seek legal representation in this matter.
