Refuse to Release Title

I paid for Infinite FX35 and took the delivery since 03/09. All my effort to get the title since then has been proof abortive, is always one flimsy excuses about family problem has been claimed responsible for their inactive to process the title.

I saw the car listed on cars.com, called the dealer, after negotiations i wire full total agreed through my bank to company accounts in Lynn, Massachusetts. He fax all the paper works to me which i signed and fax back to him. When i asked him (Wally) for the title, he sent a voided Title issued in Florida to me but later apologized. However i asked my friend living Rhode Island to take delivery in my behalf because of my distance in Indianapolis. Since then is all the same story that he is attending to his pregnant wife he could not process the title, 37 days ago.

I will really appreciate if you could come to my rescue in this matte
