Found a truck online. Got in contack with Guy. He said it had a clear title. We went to look at it. It looked good. We told the guy we, ed buy it. He said it had a clear title. He still owed the bank. The pay off was $10200. We went to the bank to pay off the note with him and his wife. They brought us the title. (Clear title right?) Wrong. So here is where it starts.
We take the title to get it signed over to my boys name at the revenew office. Of corse after paying sale's tax, and accessing it. The lady at the Revenew office say's this is not a (clear title) its a salvage title. The truck has been totalled at one time. Flooded and repaired. For were the guy had bought it a the Searcy car dealer. Also their was a ohm descripancy. So I have to call the revenew department back so see what I need to do now. The Searcy dealer or the Bank one broke the law, by financing the truck to this kid. He say's he new nothing about it, because the Bank would have not loaned him, or finaced a truck without a clear title. Lieing to him and in return us.
