This washing machine has been nothing but trouble since we purchased it from sears about 5 years ago 3 bad motors never ending repairs we have not abused it just used it as it was specified and was not up to the task we got a dud I have tried numerous times unsuccessfully and got passed around the country to a dozen different higher end managers who said they would take care of my problem and nothing has ever transpiered
