Kenmore Elite review - Kenmore Elite Washing machine

I purchased my Kenmore Elite in 2007. Every year we have someone come out with mainly the same problem. The washer isn't draining. It's very frustrating to have spent $900 on this washer and not work correctly. I had a Maytag, bought it almost 10yrs used and it was still working when I sold my condo 11 years later! I see a lot of complaints on this machine. What is a consumer to do after they've spent all this money, purchased a warranty and still have the problem happening? What can you do for me?
