He sold me a tractor off of ebay that was misrepresented, we drove from the state of Illinois to pick up the tractor and it did not start or run!

I video taped the attempt to start but with fail, our 6 hour drive each way ended in a 12 hour hassle to deal with a car dealer that misrepresents items on Ebay!

This is what his add read on Ebay:

Tractor does not start / Tractordoes not run??? <br style="font-weight: bold;background-color:#ffff00;"> Tires do not hold air???

I called him on the day of the ebay auction and asked specific questions about the tractor, to find out the tractor is no where near the item description what so ever!

He offered to cover my fuel expense and so I scanned the receipts and emailed him, he played a phone tag game, and so I was now convinced of his continuous lies!

As I researched his name over the internet I find out he has scammed an airplane owner in the past here is the complaint:
