I was bidding on a John Deer tractor on Ebay. I had never bought on Ebay before so I thought I was dealing with Ebay. I sent the owner of the tractor an e-mail saying I would be at church and gave him the time. When I got home I called him on the phone and told him I wanted the tractor and we agreed on a price. He told me he would contact Ebay and let thm know that I had bought the tractor.

I then saw on the ebay account that the tractor had brought more that I had bid. I wrote him and asked If I had gotten the tractor and he replyed that I had and he would send me instructions on what to do.

The email came as an invoice from ebay which I found out was fake. The instructions were to go to my bank and wire the money. At first my bank did not want to do this. One of the employee"s called the phone number I had been given and she was convinced it was ebay. They wired the money to Wells Fargo Bank. 1030 Andrews Hwy. Midland, TX 79705

I was told the tractor would arrive in 4 to 6 days. After waiting for 5 days, I called Mr Delucait and asked when the tractor would come and he told it would probably there the next day. When it did not come I contacted Mr. Wade about the tractor he told me he did not know anything about ebay. He thought he was working for google. He also said someone had tied up his bank accout. He gave me his e-mail addess as (swadesoe@gmail.com). I waited several more days and then I began to suspect I would not be getting the tractor.

I have filed a police report with my local police deptment. He told me it would be hard to do Anything since there was no money to go to Texas or Nebraska.
