I was looking on ebay and saw a tractor I liked and wanted to buy it. I had never had dealings with ebay before. I bid several times and on the last day, I wrote an e-mail to Mr. DeLuca telling him I would be gone to church and I would bid again when I got back. When I got home, I talked with Mr.De Luca and we made a deal for the tractor and he told me he would contact ebay and let them know I had the tractor. But later in the night, Ebay showed I did not win the tractor. I wrote Mr. DeLuca and asked him what was going on. He said I was the one who had gotten the tractor. He told me he would send directions how to finish the deal.

I got an e-mail that said it was sn invoice and it told me to go to my bank and send money to Wells Fargo Bank 1030 Andrews Hwy. Midland, TX. I went to my bank the next day. At first the bank did not want to do it, but one of their employees called the number that said it was ebay. The employee was convinced it was ebay so they wired the money, ($5450.00) to Wells Fargo Bank 1030 Andrews Hwy Midland, TX.

The money was mailed to David Wade Jr.

The letter stated that Mr Wade was a verifiey eBay Motors Financial Agent. I received an e-mail later in the day saying the payment had been received. The tractor would be delivered in 4 th 6 days.

When it did not come, I tried to call Mr.De Luca and I could not reach him, so I then called Mr. Wade. He said he did not know anything about ebay and also he said his bank account had been frozen. So there are 2 men involved. Mr. Anthony De Luca and Mr. David Wade JR.
