I bought this computer for more than a $1000.00 with one year waranty after the first week I had problem with mouse and jumping the line I took it to the best buy store where I bought it and they said is nothing wrong with it. 3 weeks later I took it back and I could not download anything including the Itune and ovoo and I told them I need my money back and I want to return the product. After one hour they told me that they download it for me and they had technical difficulty, 2 months later had the same problem and took it back and I said I can not download anything and they said there is nothing they can do. Last week the whole screen became black no activity on the computer and customer servise in best buy told me we have to pay another $169.00 to they back up my picture on my hard drive today they said they can not do anything until It will cust me $500.00 or more to they do the backup and get my document on the disck. This is ridiculous and I am so upset every pictures every important documents are out and they telling me that I need to get a hold of CEO to talk and then I will report it if it is not solve to better business bureu. Thanks.
