I purchased this "e-book" in April. I was not allowed to download it at work, and our computer went out at home.By the time I could try to download it, it was the first week in June. I kept getting an error message, thinking it was our new computer, I tried at work. Same response. I clicked on the "click here for technical support" button, and told them of this issue. They got back to me several days later, and said maybe the vendor had taken down the site, to contact them. I did, no response. They kept sending reminders telling me the ticket was still open, I could choose to ask for a refund if I wanted. I asked to please do that. They have not heard back from vendor, nor have I. I only have their email address, and have send several emails that have all gone unanswered. No where does the site say "Must download within xxxxxx days or site will be taken down. All it says is you can use the product 60 days and return for a full refund if not happy with it. I can't return a product I haven't received, so I don't know if it works or not. But I'm tired of being ignored.
