Harrassing, violated fdac ripoff

Where do you want me to start with my problems with Drive. I purchased my car in July and every month I get harrassing calls. Drive will call my house sometimes 25 times in one day (I have caller id). But for the last 6 months they have been calling my mother's houe. (Who lives in another state) She has asked them serval times not to call her home because I live in South Carolina and she lives in New Jersey. But Lous that works there insists on calling her and telling her to make payments on my car.

My mother is not on this loan. My father is listed as reference, my mother is no where listed on my paperwork. What happened is when I had my baby my mother made one payment for me and I talked to them. I never gave them permission to take to my mother.

Now every month they call my mother and asked her for payments on my car. Just today they called my mother and told her they were gonna pick up the unit and wanted to know the location of the unit. They told her that I haven't made car payments when I just made one 12/27. It was short by $22.00.

My mother told them that she dont know my address and that I lived in SC. He told her to stop lying. She told him that she will give mess to me and hung up. Once I talked to my mother I called Lous, he told me that he has been calling everyday and I ignore his calls. I told Lous that he does not call here he calls my mother. He told me I was lying. My child (who is 8 months old) was crying in the back ground and he told me to shut that child if I dont he would come and get my car. I told him he has crossed the line. He told me to pay attention to him or lose the unit. Then he told me in order to keep the unit I would need to pay Jan's payment also. I refused I told him I would pay the shortage that it. He told me not to hide the unit and someone will pick it up soon.

I'm just tired or they harrassing calls to my family in New Jersey and disclosing my personal info. They have called my job and argued with the supervisor. They called my payroll dept and demanded they take my car payment from my pay check. Something has to be done about this company. Is there anyone out there taking a class action law suit?
