Calls to relatives about repossession and collateral

Drive Financial is very unprofessional; they have no respect for other people's privacy. They are rude. They call and harass you, and they also call and harass family and friends.

My husband called them to see how much we could pay on our note to have more time, from my mother-in-law's phone. Now they call her, harassing her, and I'm still not sure how they came up with her home phone number, but they are calling her house as well.

My husband was in the bill collecting business, and the last we knew you were not supposed to give information to family, friends, neighbors, etc. In my last conversation with them, I told him when we would be able to come up with the money and he said that it was unacceptable and they were picking up the vehicle, so I told him to come get it. That was three days ago.

He still did not pick it up, but they found it necessary to call my mother-in-law and leave a message saying that they want their collateral. I believe they purposely gave this info, because my mother-in-law lives in Cali and we live in Arkansas. What was the purpose? I already told them to come and get it.

Drive will call you every day, call your family and friends every day, and so on. I would rather they picked up the vehicle than have to deal with them on a regular basis. I would not advise anybody to do business with this company.
