Poor service

1. They toll me they did a inspection, ask for it 3 time never see it2. They never put the car trunk the way it was 3. Broke the radio antena, dont know when or if they will fix it4.. They have the antena but they want to order a after markect one, ok but they can put the one they have and then change it donot let me go without my antena they. Dont carei cant help my self but i cant sleep i m very upset why i just cant help they cant fix something so small and they have the part am crazy thinking why people do that
