Ripoff - dregs of humanity

Not that it does much good to complain about a monopoly but...
Comcat cable is involved in deceptive advertising to entice existing customers into 'FREE' upgrades in service and then slamming them with new fees.

I got a letter in the mail in December offering me free Comcast basic cable for a year, I have been a long time internet subscriber but I had a satalite dish and an antena on my TV It seemed like a good offer that would replace my ailing antena.

I would get free cable for 12 months and the reduced cable customer rate for internet access. Of course when my bill showed up, there was the charge for cable as well as the standard rate for internet access.

Customer service is obviously run by primates who were kind enough to tell me that I had been paying the reduced rate for
years and that the cable charge must be related to something else. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, use tinfoil and a coat hanger on your TV instead of these people, they're nuts
