Dealership selling lemons and warranties on top of them

We bought my son a used 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer from the Ford Dealership "All American Ford" in Paramus. They talked us into a Warranty for $1400 based on the fact that our teenage son was driving this car and at least problems that could occur in the future would be covered. We took the car to inspection and it was rejected because they sold us a car with blackened windshield and that is illegal. We brought the car to them but they were too busy to take the black off the windshield so we had to pay a service station to do it. Every time we brought the car in for a problem which was regularly, they would put us off. Finally when there were brake problems and some bad sounds coming from the car, we were told by them to take the car to the Mitsubishi dealership. Low and behold almost $3000 later, only $180 (approx) was covered by the warranty. What a sham. Then I went back to the dealership and they kept telling me I should have gotten it fixed there. But I told them they told me to go to the Mitsubishi dealership. Then they said they would bring it back to the warranty people and sure enough the service manager Anthony told me they would make good and pay me $1200. Of course the check never came and now we are 5 months later and I have called these people every week and they keep telling me the check is coming. Then at one point Anthony tells me a few weeks ago that they are paying me back $1600. Well, I finally got the check this week for $182 - and then Anthony gets a call from me and starts giving me another run around. These people are what give car dealerships and car salesmen a bad name. They shouldn't even be in business. I am taking this to court as a "lemon law" violation.
