J.D. Marvel Products rip-off consumer fraud

I orderd the tv satelite antena about three months ago they cashed my check right away but still no product has come. But today they had the nerve to send me a catalouge to oreder more... Are they kidding, i want either my product or my money back. Rather my money back since reading all the reports that there products dont work anyway...
