On May 19th, I purchased a vehicle. The next day, early evening my vehicle had white smoke and a bad smell of burnt aluminum coming from the bottom of the engine.

I called the dealer, they didn't offer a tow or any other explanation except to bring it to them the next day. On the 21st, I was on my way to drop off the car to the dealer and the power went out on the vehicle the gauge was out of control and I nearly crashed into a vehicle. I swerved into a parking lot and called them up. They sent a tow ou to pick it up. I arrived an hour later, demanding my money to Fred - one of the general Managers at GMF Motors. He gave me two old and know to be unreliable vehicles and I refused. I got a much newer vehicle because I demanded Reza to offer me a better car, one that would not break down on me. I drove my vehicle home. After midnight when I drove out of my garage, the thermostat went crazy and the vehicle had a swoosh sound coming from the bottom of the engine and the vehicle was losing power. I had my tow service pick up the car and off it went to GMF it was there all day saturday the 22nd of May.

I didn't have to sign any work orders, and I was going to refuse to do so anyway. The mechanic-Carlos confessed to my husband and me that " GMF sells junk" and further stated that " they-meaning the managers, suggest to the mechanics to lie to the buyers about the mechanical faults on these vehicles." My thermostat and manifold were replaced. On Friday May 28th, the car once again heated, lost power and I was lucky I was very close to home. I called GMF and they told me a tow was on its way. Not true - they never showed up at my home. I called and the secretary-Olga, said she didn't know anything. Carlos once again called me and told me the car needed a new radiator. I asked him, "how is it that you know it needs a radiator if you're not here present to inspect the vehicle?" He stated that " he already knew the vehicle needed a new radiator but Fred had told him to not touch my car when it was in the service lot. So, these two people have a war of words and Fred covers up what he fails to do by pointing fingers to the mechanic and vice versa.

In the meantime, they let you know that you have to pay and sign a work order so, you are stuck to pay up these mechanical problems the dealer already knows the car has but doesn't disclose to you nor fix them before they sell and finance their junk that is on the lot! I refused to pick up the vehicle and I will be filing in Clark County Court real soon. I will voice and protest along with other people outside their business and I have contacted the local news channel consumer affairs division. This business will steal your money. They use deceitful business practices and knowingly sell you junk! Please, stay away from GMF Motors in Las Vegas! PLease report if you are a victim too!
