I purchased a used vehicle from GMF motors. I choose this vehicle because of the excellent vehicle inspection report results they provided me with, the mechanical condition of the vehicle as their salespeople described it to me, and the one year full warranty. Little did I know that the inspection report was completely fraudulent, the salespeople were dishonest, and the warranty paperwork was altered after I signed it.

The day I drove the car home the air conditioning was inoperable, the engine ran very poorly and approximately 2 quarts of various fluids leaked out of the vehicle in a matter of hours. I immediately took the vehicle back to the dealership and they assured me that my warranty covered all expenses and the vehicle was a priority. I called them repeatedly over the course of a two week period to find out when the service on the vehicle would be complete, I was told "Any day now" each time.

After two weeks I was contacted and asked to bring a large sum of money to their service department so they could begin to service the vehicle. Two things wrong with that statement: 1) I have a full warranty and was told all service would be free, and 2) two weeks have passed and no work has been accomplished on my vehicle. I retrieved my warranty paperwork from the glovebox of the vehicle and discovered that the document had been blatantly altered to my detriment.

I removed the vehicle from the dealership service area and took it to an unbiased mechanic who inspected it and found the following: The vehicles computer was not operable, almost the entire electrical system had been poorly rewired and jury-rigged, the vehicle inspection report the dealership gave me was completely fabricated and the cars inner workings were in horrible condition.

When I visited the dealership to discuss my findings and concerns about the vehicle I was treated very rudely, cursed at and finally asked to leave.

Avoid this business at any cost!!!
