I took my vehicle for repair at Rogers @ ROgers Nissan in Imperial, California. I was informed that the chain in the engine is worn out and need replacement. The problems began when Nissan has to removed the engine and the radiator to replace the chain. The cost of the repair was $2200.00 US DOllars since my vehicle was purchased in Mexico, no warranty in the US. I Nissan Promised that the vehicle will be repair without a problem, which i agreed to the repair. The vehicle left the service running with little noise but with new fluids, chain, belt and seals, three weeks later the vehicle overheated. Took it back to the dealer, they said no problems, fluids were low. The vehicle stalled because it overheated again, fluids were ok. Took the vehicle to another shop, the mechanis showed to me that the vehicle radiator was missing most of the screw. Portion of the engine did not have screw, two engine mount damaged, radiator cap crack, no radiator mount. Complained to Nissan, they denied the damage to the radiator or even removing it. The servise adviser blew me off, general manager pretend he did not hear anything. Worst experience from a repair center. Nissan did not want to cover the other damage when they remove the engine to replace the engine chain.
