Thomas Auto Sales
Beware of sale tactics, they hide current information on vehicle and don't do what they agree to

Cars & Transport

After talking to the sales person about purchasing a vehicle, he assured me that they do a complete inspection of the vehicle and everything is in working order. I drove the vehicle and tested everything I could on the lot. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and pay cash which I would bring in not later than 5 days. The agreement was not to run a credit report unless I could not come up with the cash.

I purchased the vehicle and drove home only to find out the CD player did not work. I call the dealer back about the cd player but they said it was to bad and I would have to fix it myself. That cost me $450.00,2 months later the battery started going dead. Turns out the alternator was also bad hence the new battery they put in before the sale. Another $350.00, so much for their complete inspection of the vehicle. The other nice touch was they immediately ran a credit report on me.

So not only do they knowingly sell vehicles with mechanical problems they don't follow verbal agreements with their customers. It's buyer beware when purchasing from this dealer. If you are planning on buying a vehicle from this dealer spend extra time checking the vehicle out yourself and don't let them pressure you. My advice is shop somewhere else.
