Slip and fall

I'm 61 as well as in pretty health but nonetheless had challenging looking to get onto the coach with my case. The coach driver was cynical about me being sluggish. I mentioned I really could utilize some support but didn't have it. Then I tucked and dropped backwards in the coach towards the concrete sidewalk. It broke my mind and harm my sides and thighs. I submitted a study and criticism when I had been ready also. They stated there is a movie featuring me slipping but no responsibility for them. They made me miss my siblings funneral. I dislike them! They must be designed to straighen up or walk out company.
