Poor service - Greyhound compaint

I've been on 3 excursions with Greyhound coaches, and it'll stay at 3 for that remainder of my entire life when I WOn't continue a Greyhound bus again. There have been substantial issues on all the 3 excursions that I've been one.
About The first journey, the Greyhound program didn't let me produce my e ticket. While coming to the Greyhound workplace, I'd to buy a brand new solution because they stated they might not support me. I still haven't obtained a reimbursement for that first solution that I purchased (that we couldn't produce because of Greyhoundis program problem), almost 2 weeks following the event.
About The next trip, the coach was 3 hours late, transforming a-5 time trip into an 8-hour trip.
About The next journey, the coach driver was a student, which was obvious for several to determine. He couldn't turn the coach precisely, and needed to back-up many times to be able to finish a change. He couldn't take away without all of the guests almost splitting their necks. He went really sluggish, and got me to my location one hour delayed. I actually donot see why Greyhound needs to educate their workers at their clients' cost.
Greyhound is just a horrible organization, and that I WOn't take advantage of them again, or am I going to have something great to express about them to anybody.
