Can't get facts right

Me and my buddy were likely to Nyc to get a time. We'd seats for that 12:15 am coach but he named to determine if we're able to make it happen in a later period. Greyhound never mentioned something in regards to a $15 dollar charge to alter the full time plus they stated that there is a-6:55 am coach that people might consider. We reach the Syracuse final and requested concerning the 6:55 bus the workers stated that if we desired to alter the full time that it'd charge $15 which there is no 6:55 coach. Fortunate for all of US the boss let's access it the 8:45 shuttle instead. Therefore we managed to get to Nyc. Nevertheless we were arriving close on not which makes it home since on our solution stated that we'd to visit Pencil Stop to table our coach. Whenever we requested them wherever we visit panel they stated that vehicles do not move out and in there and we'd to visit interface stop that was five blocks from there. I dislike to say it but I am never going for a greyhound coach again simply because they do not hand out the best info. Next time I visit NYC with friends I am going for a jet.
