Greyhound not arriving on time as stated in the tt

I went by coach from PE on Wednesday morning at 17:00 to Jhb. The coach was planned to reach in Jhb at 8:45. It just found its way to Jhb at around 11:00. I had been designed to visit work-but couldn't whilst the coach was too late. To create things worse no body at Greyhound described why we're overdue or appologize. After I spoke to several individuals I understand who employs Greyhound they inform me that Greyhound usually don't appear on time and that I shouldn't utilize it if in rush to reach promptly. I've never observed before when I usually utilize it when not in a rush to reach promptly. From today on I'll just utilize Greyhound or even in a rush. The actual cause I'll proceed together is the fact that I'm a associate.
