Greyhound buses are not reliable enough

Do not consider greyhound, instead choose cityliner or capture a cab. I got onto coach 1701 GJND1002 Joburg-Newcastle-Durban at 10:00am today and just reached newcastle at 18:00 today due to what greyhound stated inside smses to be always a 'specialized problem' and 'road-works' when really it had been since the coach smashed down twice plus they needed to deliver a technician from jhb. We waited in standerton for 2 5 hours so the joburg mechanic might reveal the same whilst the standerton technician. The coordinator of the coach informed us this occurs frequently. I do want to understand how frequently analysis inspections are completed on these vehicles. The issue with this coach was that everytime it found an entire end it broke down. Horrible to provide that type of support after I settled R260 for my solution, cityliner is just R150, nevertheless I selected greyhound since it is outwardly the greater option. Well evidently not!!!
