I went for the oil change and free brake inspection. They removed the tires and fixed it back and my car started making sounds. Upon several visits they never fixed it

I went for the oil change and free brake inspection. As soon as I left the bodyshop my car started making sound from the front wheel. I notified them couple of times but they didnt respond me back. They gave me another estimate for $200 for fixing that sound. I went to other garage to fix it and they told me that there is some problems with my brake. I told them to fix it and while they were pulling out the bolts from the tires they showed me that my bolts were broken and it would have been deadly for me to drive to freeway with this bolts as my tire would have come out of my car.

I am fine as such but I dont want another people to suffer this. So please be careful. Also I tried notifying BBB (Better Business Bureaucracy) but those guys dont take this complain as it is not listed there. Be careful.
