I HAD been using Munro for my oil changes that i have done at approx. Every 4000 miles. They rotate my tires also. Had no problems for the last couple of years. I take care of my SUV and I have no problems. Recently Monro sent me a coupon for 29.99 Oil change, air filter or wiper blades and tire rotation. I used it and took an air filter. Now, I have NEVER had to use more than 5 qts of oil in any of my other oil changes since buying the vehicle new. Now I get a "Free Air Filter" and suddenly for the first time EVER, I needed an extra qt of oil which naturally I was Charged for. Hmmm!
Thats not even the kicker. While rotating my tires the mechanic told me he had to replace one of the lug nuts because he stripped it. It was free no problem. I leave and drive back home which was a couple of miles away. I go onto the highway and am going approx 70MPH and my left front tire is vibrating and making noises. I finally pulled over and 3 of the lug nuts were so loose I could turn them by hand. Tire was close to coming off. WHAT the Hell! I had to get the lug wrench out from my spare tire set and tighten all of them The next day i sent an email to the corporate office (2 weeks ago now) and have NOT received any response from them at all. Really nice way to do business MUNRO. I will never go back there and I am telling people about this. They could atleast have the balls to respond back.
