Poor service - tires

I went in for a brake job and oil change. Simple right? I got a brake job that sings as I drive down the road. Took it back and the kid had lost the key to my locking lug nuts. He had also punchered my leather seat while getting in and out. They had to buy new wheel locks, cheap ones at that. At last, a week later, my brakes were fixed after three 20 mile trips to this dump. My seat was fixed with black electrical tape, and the guy in charge knew my name but kept calling me 'buddy'. Not a good experience. Since that was where I bought my set of $200/each tires. I should have at least gotten a buy 3/get one free tire deal. I think I'll go somewhere else for my tires.
