Ripped me off using restocking fees. 75% chance of ordering correctly on their website because of missleading info

Thes peoples website missleads you and you have about a 75% chance of ordering correcting. When you don't and return the product they charge you a 10 to 20% restocking fee.
For example: there website says a luggage rack will fit a VTX1800N/T and below it it says fits only Cobra Sissy bars. There are several VTX1800's C/Retro/F which leads one to believe that the N/T has a Cobra Sissy bar since the others models are not listed.
These people make most of their money on restocking fees I would bet as they get their profit even if you don't keep your order. They are a RippOff. I have dealt with other Motorcycle Parts company's on the internet and have yet to be charged a restocking fee except by this company. Even when I explained that their website was missleading they still insisted on their restocking fee.
Also some of the parts I received would not work even though the website said it was for my motorcycle but it didn't matter to them they just wanted a restocking fee!!
