Ripped me off by not telling me about a 15% restocking fee for returns

I bought an HP laptop from Circuit City in York. I changed my mind that I didn't want it so I returned it but I then found out they charge a 15% restocking fee. They didn't tell me that before I bought it. I found out its on small print on the back of the sales receipt. Well I beleave they should make it more clear to people that if they return any item that there is a 15% restocking fee not bait you in to buy something and then when you return it bam 15% restocking fee. I don't know if I will get my 15% back but I know if I would of known this I would of defintley went somewhere else.
