They do offer 30 day refund

They charge you 27 percent restocking fee which is not on your invoice or anywhere on their website. I returned item 5 days later by ups was signed by jim. I called and emailed and they never returned calls or email, then on 9-27 they gve me a credit with the restocking fee. This is not how to do buisness.,

I have asked them to give me back the restocking fee i emailed them my invoice showing no return policy noted, along with the screen shot of their website.

The product is awful. Fullmore is much better.
