Chuck summers what a crook

I brought a shovel head engine to him to be rebuilt. He wanted $1500.00 down to start and $1500.00 upon compleation.

Well after calling him every month for a year to see when he was going to finish the job, I got mad enough to tell him I wanted my engine back finished or not, he told me to give him another week or two and he would be done.

Another month passed, I called him back and he told me he had lost my number, that it would cost an additional $3000.00 for the work that he had done but he would have to take the engine (my engine) out of his wifes bike when I payed him the money.

Talking to other bike shops in the area it seems this kind of scam is not uncommon for the panhead city crew.

They are crooks
