Incompetent Mechanical Work, Engine Rebuilt Failed to Put Oil in Primary

Hog Barn Customs worked on our Harley. He was supposed to rebuild the engine, which we paid for. The bike broke down while we were on vacation because he failed to put oil in the primary case (lower engine). We had to pay to have the lower engine rebuilt again at the Harley shop and we had to have the bike shipped home. And to make matters worse, he was not willing to work it out with us even after he said "bring me the bill". We ended up filing a claim which we did settle. But the main problem is that he wouldn't stand behind his work, kept wanting to blame everyone else, including us. And ruined part of our vacation. Our bike will never go to any shop that is not a Harley shop ever again. Yes, we were referred to this guy. And the handful of folks that asked us if we'd recommend him - well, need I say, they are not taking their bikes there.
