Took my motorcycle in for engine work. When they gave it back the brakes and clucth were both not working right

I took my motorcycle in to have some engine work done. They called me and said my bike was done and running fine. I went the nexet day to pick it up. When i started out of the parking lot i noticed i had no back brakes. I took it back and was told that my bike was old and all the brake lines need to be replaced. I tried to tell them that the brakes were fine when i brought it in. But just kept being told they were old and needed new lines. I was mad but decided to take the bike home. On the way home i noticed the clutch was slipping so when i got home i called and again was told that the bike was old and they never touched the clutch. But there was nothing wrong with either the brakes or clutch when i took the bike to them to have the engine worked on.
