Notice of plan to sell rude personal

About a year and half ago me and my daughter bought a car from car-mart. This is the second one we have bought from them. We fell on tough times due to the ecomony (lost job) well we fell behind on the car-payment about 28 days late, she was at school picking up her 3 and 4 year old kids from school and while she was in there they came and took her car, not to mention it was very cold outside that day.

She contacted them that afternoon to try and get her Expedition back, she got the money to get it back, but because she did not have a job at that time, they would not give it back to her. She got a job 2 days later. She called them several times that day and no one would ever call her back, so i took her up there and the management was very rude, he told her to come back the next day and they would c what they could do. Well the very next day i recieved a certified letter in the mail it was a Notice Of Plan To Sell Property.

She has been late a few times, but until she lost her job she did not get behind. I think these people are shady and should not be trusted. I don't understand how they could just sell off your car like that, especially when you tried to get the payment up to date, but because u don't have a job then you can't have your car back. O by the way she was drawing her unemployment.
