Wal Mart sold a BAD TV They WILL NOT take Back As A Defective Item - Flat Screen TV

We Purchased a refurbished flat screen TV from WalMart.com and it has not worked since day one. We tried everything to get more than 6 channels on it but nothing worked and the TV shuts its self off all the time. I tried contacting Wal Mart (corporate office) but all I get is the run around. I went to a local Wal Mart to see what I can do they told me that I was stuck with the TV due to I bought a refurbished TV and there is no way they would take it back but they said I could pay for it to be fixed. Wal Mart does NOT back what they sell and now I need to go buy another TV which will not be from them. They treated me like I was SCUM and I promise you I will never buy ANYTHING from them because I will pay more or the same at another store and I will at least get some kind of help when something is not correct.
