Wal Mart Money Card
People should learn to be honest because everyone i struggling right now. People can't afford for moner to be taken from them

On Sept 11th i loaded 230.00 on my sons prepaid debit card from wal mart to pay for my family to get on the boost unlimited plan ok when doing so everybody monies was added on their acct. So boost made a mistake and added money onto another phone ok they gave me a refund in 2 days. So when i tried to use the card again boost wanted my son to verify that i could use his card he wasnt with me at the time so i told boost that i would go to the store and buy the mins.

So when i went to do that walmart had put a hold on the money when boost sent them a denial of tranaction. This was on sept 14 i asked wal mart money card what can i do to have the money credit back faster, (because they said they cant release the money until sept26) so they told me to call boost and have the fax over a S.O. R

(Statement of Release form) so thats what i did boost faxed over the form twice but several reps. Form wal mart told me they did not know what a S.O.R. Form was so i asked them well how do i know about a S. O r. Form. I could've made that up. So after many phone calls back to wal mart i spoke with a supervisor. She finally admitted that she knew what a S.O.R. Form was. She said that she would look into it fix it and call me back i waited 3 hours no phone call back. So i call them back i couldnt reach the supervisor that help me even though she gave me her id number so i had to talk to another one same thing happened. I don't understand what the purpose of the S.O.R. Form when they keep telling me its still going to be the 26. I dont know why people want be honest iam a mother of 7 kids one has autism my husband is drawing unemployment benefits i dont have any money to be giving away. I really don't think i will see this money again but all i can say is GOD DONT LIKE UGLY
