Unauthorized repairs for a rip-off fee

I took my car in for one repair regarding a powersteering pump by pointing it out to the mechanic, left my car there, later picked up my car only to find more problems, after several phone calls, mechanic only gave poor excuses of what he thought could have happen when I left his shop, second time I left my car for mechanic to fix the initial problem (powersteering pump), mechanic made unauthorized repais to my car as he stated, then wanted to charge for those repairs, it was a simple repair, instructed to replace powersteering pump and was paid for that repair, mechanic said that he replaced rack & pinionbecausec that was a prooblem too, other damage that was done or neglected to replaceduring repair, broken v-belts, missing alternator bolt, continuing fluid leaking relating to powersteering pump, refuses to repair, or replace, or refund, beware of unauthorized repairs, then to add insult to injury, mechanic file a police report, felony theft as per-say detective who call my work regarding charges.
