Charged 2000.00 for rebuild transmission but never did work / owner hit my car with fist when tried to take back to fix problem

I had service done on 2-14 for a transmission problem the shop had stated i needed a rebuilt transmission when i had recieved my car back from the shop it wasnt shifting right also the check engine lite came so i took it back in to the shop (this is trip #1) they then stated i might need a torque coverter, i thought it was included in a transmission rebuilt.
The owner said it was not included and i would have to pay extra, but every other shop in town stated the converter was include in a rebuild, so now i have to pay 350.00for a torqe converter switch 3-24
Also When i recieved my car back it magicly had a problem with the power stering pump and they told me they could fix it for a good price so i paid 200.00 for a powersteering pump on 3-2
I have taken the car back to the shop 9 times and i still have a fluid leak and shifting problems, when i approched the owner on 4-8 he yelled at me told me to get off his property and then he slammed his fist onto my left fender in front of my 8 month old daughter.
The mechanic that did the work on my car was fired because he had worked on numerous cars and had messed up on a bmw, this was stated from the owners son himself. I have tried to work this out with them but after the owner was violent towards me in front of my child, i cannot take it back so now i am having to pay 800.00 for a transmission shop to redo all of there work that should of been done, they left out bolts, put in the wrong transmission fluid, overfilled the transmission fluid, i even had a bolt fly off while i was driving
These guys are crooks!!! Trying to find a lawye
