Jim Fresard Auto Dealerships has unprofessional and scam mechanics

My van had leaking somewhere under radiator. It was few drops a day. After check up ($136) Representative Randy called me and said it is water pump leaking. The repair cost $612. I asked so why leakage is under radiator but not under water pump? He said it is broken water pump spraying around. No other leaks was found.
I was agreed, because I trusted GM dealers. I did paid by check. I picked up my van and after 15 miles driving all coolant gone to drive way of my customer. But I did not see it. Van stopped on free way. Engine was overheated. (Now I have a lot of problems with this engine). I was lucky Wallgreens was close to me. I bought coolant which was enough to drive to local mechanic. That mechanic found over tighten radiator plug and the holder of the plug was broken. After investigation he said that last dealer mechanic tried to fix it but he just broke it and he made scam report about water pump which is more expensive job. I stopped the payment. I sent copies of my expenses and new check without money for labor that scam mechanic ($325). After that I received call from Jim Fresard Lower Dan. He spoke rough and angry, he did not listened me, he just all the time repeated You never win on court and you will pay much more than $612 including his work. Of course we are small people, we are never win big dealership. They will be rip us of forever!
