I took my auto to Saturn for a check of the power steering pump. It was making noise, and I thought it may need replaced. I also had a little difficulty starting the vehicle that morning that I took my car to Saturn Northwest. I paid about $80. To have JUST a diagnosis. I was told that I needed a new powersteering pump, and a new alternator. I left Saturn with my vehicle UNREPAIRED. That happened in November or December. I am STILL driving the UNREPAIRED vehicle. I no doubt need something done to the powersteering pump, but my car starts right up and I have no problems with steering or power. I feel that because of being female, I was taken advantage of.
