Sold me F250 rotors that were machined incorrectly and rubbed on my caliper brackets

I bought front rotors for my 1999 Ford F250 Powerstroke< they had two different options for that year truck 13inch or 14inch rotors. I know that Ford made some changes on 3/21/99 mine fell before those changes.
I went home and put them on, along with the new pads, when the job was done i pulled the truck out of my shop (well attempted to) only to find it moved about 2 feet and locked up.
Upon further inspection I found uot that the new rotors were about 3/16 thicker in the drive flange area. I called them up and told them my dilemma, the guy told me that there is no info on their computer on those measurements only 13 or 14 inch.
I can only blame the problem on the machine shop that machined them down. The rotors now have a slight grove in the back side where the pad rides. The guy at the store said they should take them back.
Thats when I found this site, From the sounds of things I may be in for a ride upon returning these bunk parts. I will write back with the turn out.
