Ripoff now I have a car that I can't drive without the rotors constantly wearing out

I purchased a new 2003 Mitsubishi Galant ES on 9/30/02. I wasn't aware that it was against the law to sell a car with the sticker in the window. The salesman told me he didn't know where it was. Anyway, before a year was up the rotors went bad. I had it put in the shop and they said they replaced them under factory warranty. They said the brake pads were fine.

However, three months later the rotors went bad again. I took it to there Dover shop. I told them I think the car has a defect. They said they would service the rotors. So they just machined them but still did not change the brake pads. Two days later I was in a car accident. As soon as I got the car from the repair shop I took it back to the same shop that machined the rotors and then they tell me that I need brakes on the front.

I am not an auto mechanic but I must have needed new ones when they were machined. Since it didn't appear to be normal wear and tear to me I tried to get it repaired under the extended warranty. They wouldn't repair it under the extended warranty. I then took my car to a brake specialist to try to find out what was really wrong with it. I took it back to the Dover shop and the service guy was upset with me for taking it to a brake specialist. He had previously told me that my rotors heat up just driving down the road and when the brake pad contacts the rotor it warps them.

So now I have a car that I can't drive without the rotors constantly wearing out. I have all my service reports and dates and notes from phone conversations. When I went to pick up my car for the last time I found that my windshield wipers were tampered with and they completely malfunctioned in the rain. I have more information upon request. Thank you.
