Just Brakes
Ripoff failed fo fix my problem instaled junk parts and wont replace with original factory parts

I visited Just Brakes to fix my Durango's squeaking problem. They machined my rotors and gave me new brake pads. After this my car was shuttering violently and still squeaking. My Durango had 27,000 mile's on it at this time. I took the car back and they machined my rotors again. The car still squeaked.

At this time they had machined the rotors to the point that they were un-safe. Just brakes replaced my rotors and pads with the Just Brakes brand of pads and rotors. Now my car is squeaking even worse than the first time I brought it to them. I complained to the corporate office and they told me to go to another store. Arron at the Aurora Colorado store told me that the car needed the factory pads on it and this would stop the problem. They agreed to do this at no cost. Later that day I received a call saying that they were going to refund my money and not do any more work to my car. They told me that they had already put Dodge pads and rotors on my car at the Colfax store. The Just brakes on Colfax told me right after this call that they didn't put Dodge pads and brakes on my car. They even told me that they couldn't read the ticket for the repair due to poor hand righting and couldn't say what kind of pads and rotors were installed.

I demanded that the Aurora store tell me what kind of pads and rotors are on my car. They ended up calling the police on me because they wanted me out of the store. I remained calm with my daughter and wife next to me and requested again that they tell me what kind of brake pads and rotors were installed on my car. They stated that they were not authorized to tell me what they did to my car. The police came and told them that they were practicing poor business and that was that. Now my car is unsafe and still squeaking. Just brakes tells me they will refund the $200.

I originally spent. Dodge tells me that it will cost $1500. To fix what just brakes did to my car. Just Brakes seems to think $200. Makes every thing OK. JUST BRAKES, If you cant fix my car at least put the same kind of pads and rotors back on it! Now I am stuck with a headache, cheep pads and rotors and $1500 hole in my pocket! I caught you in a lye and you don't care. Even the corporate office could care less. HOW ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS??? I will also ad that every time I was told that my car was finished and to come pick it up I left work early and you hadn't even finished it.
