Did not perform a proper brake jo

I brought in my vehicle to Richie's Auto Care to have my front brake pads replaced as well as resurfacing my rotors. Their machine that resurfaces rotors is defective and destroyed my rotors. I took my car to the dealership and I had to replace my rotors and even purchase new brakes (even though I just purchased brake pads a day prior). The dealership told me that the blade used to resurface the rotors is defective and that my rotors were destroyed.

Richie's Auto Care had resurfaced my rotors a day prior to me visiting the dealership. When I called Mr. Richie to tell him his machine is defective, he threatened to kill me, used verbal language, and hung up. I was unable to receive a refund and therefore I am filing a complaint.

I spent an extra $325 to replace these rotors and to purchase new brake pads from the dealership. All I wanted was for him to admit that he did a horrible job in resurfacing my rotors, but all I got back was threats. The dealership does not lie, I have the rotors that Mr. Richie resurfaced and I will gladly show them to the authority that will handle this case.
