Misrepresented QX4, multiple oil leaks, entire supension shot, body damage, EBAY USER!

We purchased this vehicle on May 11 and received it via Big Post Transport on May 15. The vehicle was not running when it arrived and had to jumped to remove from the car hauler. My husband immediately noticed the oil leaking from the car as my son drove it up the drive way. You could also smell the oil burning off the exhaust. We also notice four areas of body damage that was not disclosed, the front bumper, driver? S side key hole, driver? S side tail light and flip open gas access. The tires were bald on the front and one was flat when it arrived on the truck. I contacted the seller and they said they would take care of the tires, and tale light, but wanted us to get the oil leak checked out. I took the vehicle to Quality Auto the next day and they identified three oil leaks, on at the valve cover, rear and front seals. They also noted the front CV axles were busted.

I took the vehicle to the Infiniti dealership a couple days later for a second opinion and I almost didn't make it to the dealership alive. At about 55 mph, the vehicle started to violently shake back and forth. I slowed to about 45 and finally made it to the dealership. They stated that not only did the cv axles need replacing, but the entire front and rear struts were in need of replacement. They stated there was no way that anyone had ever driven this vehicle before they sold it. I sent both estimates to the seller and they called and said the estimate from the dealership was BS and he was going to have to speak to the owner. Now he will not return my calls.

I did order a CARFAX and it was clean. I am worried that this dealer is scamming people because I noticed today that he has sold the same vehicles with the same VIN a couple different times. I crossed referenced his feedback with the complete sales under his username. I found an old listing for the QX4 we purchased that was sold to someone else.
