Unfair practices

I bought my car back a few years back from this company thinking it was a good idea, well it has been a nightmare every since I got the thing. The breaks squeeled the first week we bought it. We took it back and they pretended to do something but guess what it started agan a few days later, and we were told the make and model car does that. Then the check engine light came on and we took it back and they said they put new spark plugs and wires and it was fine. They did that yes, but the check engine light came on. We had it checked out and it was the cadaletic converter switch or something and it alone would cost over 2000 and they wouldn't take care of it at all. If you take your car there you have to leave it for days, not a day, but days and then expect to get a way back to get it if it's done right. I resently lost my job due to an injury and we got behind on our payments so I went in to redo the work and see what could be done, they didn't even have my house payments in there from the beginning and I was told I didn't fill out the forms right? Well I'm sure I knew to uh put in a house payment on their forms, but I forgot these folks do no wrong. They have had so many people come and go from there that's unreal, and they repoed my car today without notice which I understand that they have the right to do that, but to threaten me to take me to the cops because I wanted to go pick my husband up from work first? That's crazy. They are all rude over there and inconsiderate. They went out of business a few years ago and I should've listened to folks then, but I was in a bad way to get another car since I was working and my husband was working as well. We worked the shame shift at the time and we needed two cars, but now I have none. Do they care? Nope. I was told they'd redo the loan if I got my lawyers papers to the explaining my case, and I did that and it didn't matter. On lie after another. You call over there and uh, we don't know, we don't know. The manager is a total idiot and I truly hope and pray they go out of business again and go bankrupt, cause for the price we pay for their junk cars we could be getting a brand new car for that. Granted yes folks for you folks out there that has done no wrong in your lives and have never had hard times and feel it's all our faults for thing being the way we are, in the world today, well all I can say is mind your own business, until you walk in my shoes, don't judge me. I just know they are con people all of them and they deserve to be shut down and the folks need to be taken care of that has dealt with them anywhere in the country. If there is ever a lawsuit, then I hope we can get one for this company.
