I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord from this dealership back in 2009. At the time of purchase I was told that the vehicle was never involved in any accidents.

After obtaining Insurance it came up that vehicle was in a major accident and has a salvaged title the entire front end was welded back together including radiator and completely repainted.

I brought this to the attention of the dealership that this was not disclosed and was lied to regarding the issue, the salesman refused to give me another vehicle and told me to keep it for a year and he would get me out of the vehicle.

Now that Im trying to get out of the vehicle I can not since the carfax report shows the vehicle was in a major collision, I went back to the dealership and the sales manager refuses to help me.

He told me to just stop payments and let it hit my credit and he can give me another car, why would I do this and I just purchaseed a new home?

I explained to him that I would have never purchased the vehicle from him knowing it was a salvaged vehicle and was sold to me for $17,500... And the value is worth very little with the interest rate they gave me at the time I still owe $14,000 on the vehicle.

All I've paid for the last 24 mths is interest, making a payment of $401.50 per month..

This company has really ripped me off and decieved me with their lack of honesty by trying to just make a sale.

I am really needing someone to assist me in what I can do to legally get out of this vehicle.
