Body shop underestimating time overextending my wallet

I had my car (damaged from an auto accident) taken to Penske Chevrolet Body shop to repair. They gave me a date that the repairs were to be completed by and that date has since come and gone... Several times. They continue to tell me "maybe this Friday or possibly Monday" and that has been several Friday's and Monday's ago. My insurance pays for a rental car but the coverage amount has ran out and is coming out of my pocket now. I have expressed this but it is like talking to someone that really does not care about my wallet - they already received the insurance money so why not take their time? Ridiculous. Does the estimator need to find a new job if they keep finding things that are wrong with the car... About a month after it was to be completed initially?
